There has been some good education outcomes, particularly post university
education between underprivileged and other communities…the advance has been
impressive, [but] the underprivileged still lag behind not only due to their diverse
socio-economic background and also their low starting points and communication
skills caused by their exclusion even in the global competitive recent
developments and trends.
"These people face discrimination in labour market and
find hard to move from casual labour to non-farm occupations that should be
kept at a distance and away from economic and social activities. The recent
studies find that “Traditional hierarchies have remained stubborn against
growth.”-The Hindu.
While it is obvious that more effective implementation of conventional
anti-poverty programs are essential for tackling the problem of exclusion.
Considering the objective of ‘inclusive growth’, our Organization well -studied
in detail the needs of the younger generation and got focused on alleviate the
